Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@suzettereneemporium.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests can only be honoured if your order has not yet been shipped.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped before your cancellation request is received, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy once you receive your item.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
